I have been using Mr. Wade’s business consulting services for many years and I have found him to be consistently prepared, professional and reasonable. Highly recommend.

My parents and I hired Mr. Wade to represent us in a possible company BK. After reviewing our case, he told us he would help, he charged us $30,000 and began working on our case. At first everything was going very well we had several meeting on time. Then, suddenly with out any reason things started to change, we would have pre set appointments, he would leave my parents and I waiting in the lobby at times for almost an hour. The meeting became more and more rare, not that I was looking forward to waiting for over 45 minutes on a scheduled appointment, but it was important for my parents and I to talk to him to go over our case. He abandoned our case with out any notice or warning, my parents and I had to scramble to find another attorney, which we did. I tried calling and emailing Mr. Wade to get a summary of charges, I highly doubt that he went through a third of the 30k. He never responded, I was left with a bitter feeling of betrayal and theft. After, a year a went to his new office where he is currently. I had a heart to heart with him, so I thought. I explained to him that we are no longer bitter and that even thought we did not appreciate the long waits in the lobby or his sudden abandonment of our case. I was there to give him a chance to do the write thing and give me a summary of the expenses and a refund. I explained that it was hard earned money we gave him and he should be fair to us. He said to me “I will consider your request in the spirit that you bring it” we shook hands and I left his office. It’s been several months and I have not heard from him at all.
