My wife and I recently hired Mr Frazier to represent us in a foreclosure that was nearly executed without our knowledge. We had called the reverse mortgage company to ask for more time, because it takes at least 30 days to get a mortgage, but they completely refused to work with us. The house and property were set for auction in 14 days. Mr Frazier was able to secure a temporary restraining order to stop the auction and allow us time to get our loan. He was very good at what he does, making sure to do everything that needed to be done, when it needed to be done. Very professional. I highly recommend him for real estate legal issues, even if it’s short notice.

My husband and I went to him about a child adoption. I felt like he immediately judged my husband based on his looks because he is tatatted up. He started lecturing us about a subject he didn’t have a clue about and then when he was finished he basically dismissed us. I didn’t like the way he handled the meeting at all. The only good thing I can say is when I asked him how much we owed him he replied “I guess I won’t charge you anything this time” Will never ever use his services again!

I’m so disappointed and disgusted at the service and professional behavior. Now it is as if he is trying to drain me for money on things he should have handled as part of my divorce. I went there and got a free consultation and was told to basically do everything and I decided I wanted a refund. Went there to get it and was told I couldn’t get the refund due to him helping on the consultation and giving me the paperwork. Very unprofessional with throwing stuff in the office as well.
