I was in a terrible real estate situation. I needed to sell a house and it was not selling, every offer that came in was WAY too low. & at the same time I needed to buy a home that was located near my children’s school. Steve helped me with looking for a home for well over 2 years! We looked at more than 30 places…He did not lose patience–for which i am eternally grateful. He Understood that I needed a multi–USE HOME, with a possibility for AirBnB rental on the side. I work from home as an artist, and have 3 teenage children coming and going. I did not need a fancy house but one that was large enough and versatile. Ithaca real estate is very competitive and I do not have much. Finally my house sold. Exactly one hour after my new home went on the Market, Steve reached out to the listing Agent and I was able to go see it…and put an offer in less than 24 hours later. Steven Sagesse is very responsive and a great communicator, answered every question I had. Before long we were under contract. Steve was very helpful in enabling us to sell our home. He was very patient in answering my many questions and offered outcome oriented solutions. Our home was a niche type home. Not everyone would be interested in a 160 year old farm house, but he found a buyer. He is well connected to the Tompkins County Community and was very helpful in helping us find people who contributed to making our home market ready. We relocated before the house was sold.
