When I got in a car accident back in early 2018, I knew immediately that I was going to need a lawyer as I was feeling pain right after the wreck. After doing some google searching for a good personal injury lawyer I came across Stewart J. Guss’s site. I talked with someone about my case. They then proceeded to take on my case, and got me all the medical treatment(s) that I needed to try and get me physically well again. Although, some of my injuries are permanent due to the car wreck. I’m able to do most of the things I love again. They also took on my now former car insurance company when they weren’t trying to do their part. I ended up getting a good settlement in the end. Everyone that I dealt with at Stewart J. Guss were nice, helpful, very understanding, and patient. If I’m ever in a situation where I need a personal injury lawyer again. I would return to these guys in a heartbeat, and I’ll definitely recommend them to anybody that wants a law firm that will fight for you.

The secretaries are there 24hrs, so I decided to chat with them a bit. I didn’t give details, as I first wanted to know the process. The following days, I received a minimum of 8 texts/calls a day! Finally, I took the call and asked for their fees before I gave any information. Alex (or Saul, right now I don’t remember as I talked to both) told me it’ll be 30%, and explained the process, so I asked for time to think about it. When I called back, ready to start the process, this lady took all my personal and accident information. She requested pictures and told me it’ll be 33%. After negotiations she agreed on the original 30%, as a special favor, not as stated in the original deal, even when I mentioned who I talked to. She placed me on hold and then I was transferred to a different secretary who wanted me to explain everything again. Then I was informed I was talking to someone else and that the price will be 33%. By this time, 2 different employees confirmed it’d be 30% and now someone is telling me those 2 have no power to take those decisions. Then I called back to the original number and the lady told me, my accident was too small for them to get as much profit as they wanted, so they just transferred me to a different lawyer.
