Unfortunately my experience with this company, particularly Mr. Crobsy was very unprofessional. initially, he seemed knowledgeable and forthcoming about the process and the services he could provide. After my payment and sending my patent package with sketches and proof of concept, his communication became sparse. I received an email acknowledging he received my package and that he was impressed with how well it was put together. Then the communication stopped for a period of time.
