Find someone else!! Horrible service from this office – the representative I had lost documents that I had emailed her, (although I was charged for my sending and her reading those emails). During mediation, I’m glad I brought my own documents with me. Received zero help or advice during the mediation process. The representative I had was more intent on socializing and repeated the same story about a dress code episode and the judges reaction over and over to everyone we had a meeting with. Now, out of the blue I have received a new bill, 4 1/2 years later stating I have an outstanding balance (statute of limitations to collect is 5 years). Thank goodness I still have copies of all of my cancelled checks to prove that I had paid in full. Scam, scam, scam – do not waste your money.
