I hired Mr. Pittman to handle my DWI case and it has truly been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. There was little to no communication while the case was going on, he told me the whole time not to take any dwi classes, and when called opon the judge he asked if I’ve completed my classes. SERIOUSLY?! I’ve had to go several months without a privilege license which landed me a revoked license ticket headed to work. I had to hire another lawyer Mr. Hulse (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) to take care of what Pittman couldn’t. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Chose to go with them because I heard Dustin Pittman was good but was stuck with Eric Meehan because DP didn’t specialize in my type of cases. I did his work for him…gathered all the info and pics. Sent them over to him via email and the day of court he did not present any of the pics or proof in front of the judge and I couldn’t bc my phone died before they could hear my case. Mine was the last case to be heard and he did not represent. I was speaking with the judge who act like he already had his mind made up before I stood in front of him….he seemed uninterested in what was said. It’s like I was representing myself and still ended up with a charge. I def will not have him representing me ever again.

There was more than one incident in question and this was made quite clear during this conversation. I then paid the fee and was informed that they would be in touch.I eventually received a letter stating that only one item could possibly be removed from a record. My issue is why was I not provided this tidbit of information during this conversation? Surely this was not a new concept for a legal professional. I initially set appointments on 8/12/2019 with two different attorneys in the area. I was so happy that I decided to wait until I met with my last appointment that day to decide! I knew immediately that Gene Britt is who I wanted to represent me. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, direct and prepared. I brought my parents along with me and we all left feeling good inside. This is a very busy office and can be hard to talk to someone at times, but it is that way for a reason. Billy Strickland is the most down-to-earth, honest attorney I have ever met. He acts like he really cares about his clients, and he proves it in the way he fights on their behalf. I’ve been so impressed with his work dealing with a car accident, that I am convinced to take work to him that I could probably handle on my own.
