I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. They are ALL Talk and no action. If your case is not going settle… She is going to let you down. Sue Ellen is not a trial lawyer. When I watched Geoffrey Fieger’s commercials about “not all lawyer are trial attorneys”… After my experience with Sue Ellen… I get it . SUE ELLEN IS NOT A TRIAL ATTORNEY. I was in a sexual harassment suit and she sold me on the fact that she wrote the sexual harassment law with Jimmy Carter. WHATEVER. She helped write it but she can not help in representing yourself against it. When it came down to it she did nothing and sold me out because she makes no effort after the settlement stage of the game. This women drug me through 3 years of hell and decided when opposing counsel was not willing to roll over. She left me in the dust and furthermore did not lock up the agreement properly in the agreement and ruined me financially. I WOULD WARN ANYBODY WHO IS CONSIDERING THIS FIRM TO MAKE A BETTER CHOICE. I would be in a better financial position and a better emotional place if I had never met Sue Ellen and Carry Cahill. Please enter into any contract with caution.
