Sunwise Law is definitely one of the most professional legal firms I’ve ever worked with. 12 of my non-engineer employees need to apply for H-1B visa this year, which is relatively more difficult to get a H-1B approval compare to those with an engineer background. Unlike other legal firms who focus merely on engineer H-1B application for big companies, Sunwise’s team of professional attorneys give us tons of advice, assistance, and customized strategies based on each applicants’ background and job duties. We prep all necessary documents and send it to the USCIS without difficulties. They ease the entire process for us, the employer, and my employees. As of now, half of the selected applicants have been approved for H-1B visa (hooray!) with no question asked, and several others are prepping supplemental documents with the help of Sunwise.
