Mr. Surasky has been in practice for over 40 years and currently approximately 75% of his cases are Family Law/ Domestic cases. Surasky Law Firm also handles worker’s compensation, personal injury, probate, end of life documents and the transfer of property via deed from one person to another to name a few areas of practice. Our firm is staffed by dedicated and knowledgeable individuals who strive to go above and beyond to make sure they know each client and the specifics of each case and ensure each client is satisfied.

I just called this office and they refused to see me as a client. Apparently it would have been a conflict of interest even with a separate case having anything to do with my own. So the woman at the front office told me that they could not represent me. This is so unprofessional. Please do not waste your time. If this is how they treat their potential clients I do not want to know how they would actually treat someone they were representing.

Critical: ProfessionalismHe held all my medical records in hopes the statue of limitations would happen before my claim could be heard because he was friends with the company I had a case against. Now I’m left fighting for my worker’s compensation and may not get anything for my injuries. Then he was going to represent my ex wife in our divorce but I was smart enough to tell my attorney what he did and it was a conflict of interest. Now I’m left fighting for my worker’s compensation and may not get anything for my injuries. Still in operation after 30 plus years so it’s safe to say he knows his stuff! Tells you just like it is and how the law is interpreted and doesn’t sugar coat the truth! Love him!

Mr Surasky and his staff are truly a wonderful and considerate group of people and more importantly an honest Law firm you can trust. My whole family have always looked to him and his wonderful staff for all our family needs. My mother had taken very sick and was too weak to walk into his office and he took the time and came out to our car and assisted us both with some family documents. He has been such a gentleman and a blessing to our family. He also has a beautiful and kind lady who has been his long time office manager , who always make you feel welcome and puts you at ease. I NEEDED A LAWYER! I was involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault. There are plenty of Accident Lawyers in Georgia, but not in the North Augusta, Aiken area.
