When I do call I never talk to Bob, always just told to hold and a paralegal answers. The paralegals are very rude and condescending. She kept saying that my realtor didn’t know what she was talking about. Every time I called my questions we’re not answered and they always said it was someone else’s fault as to why we couldn’t close even though all other parties were ready to close.
