Paid over a $1000 and they try to keep in touch with me by letter. I barely check my mail twice a month. I have a email and of course a phone. I expect at least a email for the amount of money paid. I could have got the outcome I’m going to have to take without a lawyer.. spend your money elsewhere. You’ll be happy you did.

Poor customer experience. I found this law office through Hyatt Legal Services. I followed the instructions and called to make an appointment. I provided my case numbers and was told that the lawyer was in court all day, but to expect a call to schedule an appointment. I did not receive a call. I called the following day and was told the next available was next week, which doesn’t work for me(but isn’t the issue). There was a blatant disregard for my time. If I had been told yesterday that they were booked out until the end of next week, I could have pursued other law offices. But to tell me to expect a call and then not call has cost me precious time. If you don’t appreciate when others waste your time, be sure not to do the same to others.
