Been just about a month since I’ve dropped documents off. Haven’t received any update that they are working or even got our paperwork. Called 3 times left voicemails and haven’t had a single call back. Definitely will not be using them again. Probably got screwed on doing our taxes this year bc of their unprofessionalism

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessHorrible customer service.We left them our documents and in two weeks they promised to prepare our taxes. since we did not receive any confirmation that our taxes were ready and since they don’t answer phone calls ever, we had to come again (from afar) and wait there for almost two hours while they were preparing our taxes. we paid them the same day. after three weeks it turned out they didn’t send our taxes!! we had to wait another hour for them to send them. at the same time the reception is just awful. She was talking with us as if we were garbage. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessFiled 1st week of March and still haven’t received my state or federal. Office has poor customer service and no answers to give u hope. I filled in a form after I went to IRS site that has been deposited to my account on the 8th of April. I xhecked with my bank and there was never a deposited and that it would show.. I once every week I would go to follow up and i caIlam told that they will call me back. Well they never did been three weeks now since the date of deposit so i really don’t know what is going on. Run from this place! We are still waiting on our copies from 2012, we have never received them. Kevin was our accountant and he will not return any calls. We need copies of our taxes from 2012 so we can get them done for 2013. We have called numerous times and left numerous messages. It is obvious we are getting nowhere with them. Go get your taxes done somewhere else! This location of Taxmasters is UNRELIABLE!
