Due to the nature of the opposing side it ended up being quite a long haul. She was awesome! Kept us informed and current with everything. We were included in all communication and no decisions were made with out consulting me. She explained everything that was being written, offered, and discussed. She managed to negotiate a deal that I was very comfortable with, which honestly surprised me (since I am the one paying out the support).
