I want to COMPLAIN big about this TRGLA. Can someone please tell me where to report this office to. Awful. First of all, why are they still closed to the public. The whole county courthouse is already open to the public. So there’s no help there. 2nd of all, no one answers the phone to even ask a question or get information needed to help someone in the family. GEEEZZE. They need the person who is disable to call, but that person can’t barely hear and won’t sit on hold like forever. This is the worst PUBLIC HELP ASSISTANCE for the people.

First of all, I was told to call this person & that (the run around), finally after being xfrd the 3rd time…i ended up w/a rude CSR who approved me for services. She gave me a case #, told me to send all documents to assist their lawyer w/my case (which i did quickly that DAY), only to be told 5 days later that they cant HELP me due to no FUNDS OR RESOURCES!! WHAT??? Y’all ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP THE NEEDY (FUNDS ARE THERE && LAWYERS ARE REQD BY LAW TO PUT IN COMMUNITY WORK FOR THE PUBLIC) but NOOO IM REJECTED! This is some Bull…then they wonder why PEOPLE stoppp asking & lawyers are BARRED, FIRED, ETC!!! All for the money, not for those in NEED! SHAME ON YALL!!

If you are in need of legal aid do not even waste your time attempting to get help from this place. They will come up with any and every reason in the book to deny you the help you need. The attorney doesn’t even have enough respect to contact you personally, they hide behind assistants. This place needs to be shut down since they are collecting federal money under the guise of helping ppl but instead are turning ppl away who are in desperate need of help. These “people” should be ashamed of themselves for the way they are treating ppl in need.
