We’ve been building new residential and commercial construction and re-purposing in Philadelphia for quite some time now. Years ago, we started at larger firms, thinking that was best. We now know better. Anastasio Law has helped us on eight separate projects, residential and large commercial, over the past 3 years. And every time, we have gotten the results and permits we needed, even on a couple of times with NIMBY opposition from neighbors and politicians. This firm knows zoning law but they also know how to bring the neighborhood and the political folks on board. And if that doesn’t work, they fight hard to get it anyway. Add this to the fact that this shop costs half of what my other form costed me, and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful.

Every zoning professional told me to forget trying to get a variance for a boarding house for a six bedroom house on the Temple U campus. This firm took the time to do the research and build a legal argument that the zoning board couldn’t deny. It was obvious the zoning board wanted to say no but they couldn’t. He knows how to present a good argument once you research your case yourself and provide him with the information, otherwise you will be unprepared. He won’t research or do anything but show up. This attorney wasn’t really honest when it came to billing. I wouldn’t recommend.
