Ray took my case and worked it through, was able to let me explore all options regarding my defense, and in the end got me a result that every other lawyer I called at the start of my case said was impossible. His staff are nice, respectful, and helpful. The few times Ray could not be at a hearing he had top notch alternates fill in. I live in Alaska and I had called a couple of attorneys in the Boise area. It was imperative that I found someone I could trust with my situation and money, while fighting this issue from far away. I called Ray and I think it was mid evening Boise time. I was intending to leave a message, but he answered the phone. We had a lengthy discussion regarding the case. Ray said he would take the case and that he felt the case could be put to rest. During the time the case was reopened from late August to November, whenever I had a question via email, Ray will respond within minutes to maybe a couple of hours at most. Ray did not waste my time or money with frivolous filings and Ray nipped the other side in the rear to put a stop to what the other parent was attempting. Ultimately Ray was able to take my exculpatory evidence and shutdown the other side in a relatively short time. I was stressed about having to possibly travel from Alaska to Idaho over and over for appearances, but Ray was able to get zoom meetings arranged, saving our family hundreds in travel costs. I can confidently say this and the fathers out there can relate to this, it is imperative to have an effective attorney to protect your rights in family court.
