The Carlson Law firm in the Waco area was the perfect choice for me during my first automobile accident. I was put out of work with several injuries and had no source of income. That’s when this law firm came in handy. They not only referred me to a wonderful chiropractor, pain specialist, and MRI treatment center but they also remained responsive, professional and honest throughout the entire process. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI just had to add an update. After settling my case I expected a wait of several weeks to get my money. Instead I get a call from Brittany 2 days later to tell me that my check was ready and then she went the extra mile by getting my account information and walking it over to my bank within a couple of hours to make the deposit on my behalf – all of this she did of her own volition! My case is settled and they still go the extra mile. To me that is the hallmark of a great practice to do business with and I will happily refer friends and family.I am extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend the Carlson Law Firm.
