I was recently involved in a dispute with a neighbor which led to a civil lawsuit AND me being unfairly cited for a misdemeanor crime. This situation was putting my reputation and my opportunity to work in the future at risk. Luckily, one of my family members immediately referred me to Andres Carnahan because he successfully won their case a few years ago. From the moment that I first called Andres, he was very courteous, attentive and quick to answer all of my questions and concerns. I immediately felt more secure and right away I knew that everything would turn out with positive results. I immediately scheduled a consultation at his office and as soon as I arrived, he made me feel calm as he explained all of my legal rights and defenses. Andres then requested documents from me that he needed to get started defending my case. Throughout the whole process he was very professional, and he always made sure to inform me which documents were being sent out and which documents were being received. He DID NOT hesitate in doing so. Overall, he showed me right away that as a lawyer, he had the necessary experience and an amazing capability to solve a complicated case like mine. Andres is absolutely one of the best lawyers here in the county of San Diego and there is no doubt about it. He did an amazing job with my case. ANDRES WORKS WITH THE PROSECUTOR, DA & JUDGE. I was referred by a old friend who vouched that he would represent me well since he got her charges dropped but that was not the case. i was a First time offender and not knowing much about the court system, i trusted Andres to represent me well. He basically got me what a public defender would have gotten me. Prior to arrest, the cops suspected me of being under the influence of alcohol but refused a breathalyzer. He did not bring this up in court or the fact that i passed the field sobriety test TWICE. The police illegally searched my vehicle and arrested me on a concealed weapons charge. none of this was brought to the attention of the judge. Andres saw a young individual with a good career and took advantage of that. 100% shady lawyer….do not hire him. HE WILL NOT REPRESENT YOU WELL!!!!!
