I sent in the request for contact on their site and no one ever called me back. Instead 2 days later I received an email saying they could not take my case due to statue of limitations issues. Had they actually called to at least receive intake information they would have know the statute of limitations is not even close to its limit. A simple return phone call is the least they could provide on the customer service end of their business. From reading the reviews I see I am not the only person who has had this encounter.

Upon sitting down with an investigator to go over my case I was assigned a lawyer. I have been trying my hardest to get in contact with her… to no avail. I have left numerous messages just to touch base, yet no one has returned my calls. I genuinely don’t want to bug them at all because they are in the process of fact finding. I just would like to introduce myself and get a little more information of what to expect going forward. I am just very disappointed in the lack of communication. I don’t know if my case has even been accepted… processed.. or anything. Please help!
