I hsve been trying toget an appointment for the last month trying to get a piece of paperwork taken care of thet they apparently have expertise in. Hvae not heard back after leaving 3 messgaes with 3 different lawyers!!!!! Would not recommend them unless you have a few years to wait!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI wish I could give zero stars. “Great” until you pay your retainer, then don’t anticipate hearing from them until an hour prior to when they’re needed. Very uneducated staff. Every attorney has been reported to the Bar. Highly recommended to look elsewhere. What goes on here is sickening.

Run in the opposite direction of this place! Extremely unprofessional, embarrassing representation and inability to address any concerns or answer any questions in a timely manner. If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely terrible.

I do not appreciate being lied to, and that is all that happened to me at this firm. I was repeatedly told by a female assistant that “they would know more next month, and to call back.” When I called back, there would still be “no new information, and I would need to call back.” I ended up talking to a lawyer friend of mine who assured me that all of the questions I was asking would already have answers and that they were pulling my chain. You can bet that all of these calls were charged to my father’s estate. I even had the lawyer tell me things that she later recanted and said “she would have never have said that.” After this point, the lawyer would no longer answer my questions and I sent multiple emails asking for information. She would not answer me. I had to threaten legal action before I received more information. During this time, multiple members of my family moved, so we would inform the lawyer’s assistant about our changes of address. She would never get the addresses right. I would not receive information just because after four times of calling to change my address, it would still be filed wrong. This is utter incompetence. The only reason I got some information was because my mailman figured out who was trying to be reached. You all need to get your house in order.
