My husband, daughter and I have lived at the Falls for the last year and we have really enjoyed it! It’s the nicest apartment we’ve ever lived in!! The amenities (pool, spa, gym, lounges) are so fantastic. The apartments are spacious and the conveniently located to great restaurants and shops in downtown Hudson.

I would like to start by saying we absolutely LOVE Christina! Her personality, attention to detail, organization skills and positive attitude makes The Falls the perfect venue for your wedding (or any other special event)!! Our wedding was on 6/8/10. Over the last year Christina was available at all hours, helping my mother with my bridal shower and going above and beyond expectations. We highly recommend The Falls to any couples looking to get married or any event you have in mind! The venue is beautiful inside and has a beautiful nature walk to take pictures. It has a large stage that we had a 6 piece band on. Everything was beautiful and perfect! Thank you Christina for making our special day extra special!! We love you!!

Located at the site of a former elementary school (Greenport School) which had a lot of property at the intersection of Union Turnpike (Route 66) & Maple Avenue. The gymnasium was saved and transformed into an elegant banquet Hall. A sprawling property with many residential units. It’s about 2 miles north of Downtown Hudson, and less than a mile from a major shopping & services area.

I just moved in here on February 1st 2019. I love it here, yes the rent is a bit high. But & however with the layout of the place washer/dryer in the apt. Top notch appliances. Spa, full gym, movie theater, pet friendly, outdoor pool my own patio, central air & heat 2 bathrooms & cable & internet are free. I will pay every month gladly. I moved from the area for one yr. Only to come back & not be able to find NOTHING that had a yard or heat & hot water at least included in the rent. Just plain rent & they want 1,300 – 1,600 a month. For a little bedroom. This is a clean place and the owner Mark & his wife Patty are the most wonderful nicest people I have ever met. The staff are friendly, Sylvia, Michelle, & Property Manager Christina Snyder are all Great. Accommodating. After the year I had last year in trying to find a place to come back home to, I am so blessed & happy to call The Falls In Hudson my home. ❤❤

There is a lot to like about The Falls, I just don’t know where to begin at! The location was ideal – for where I needed to be, when it come to shopping and Restaurants . Our apartment have plenty of space – and a beautiful complimentary style. Most importantly Christine is always on hand when needed – and a very good ‘manager’ of the venue. My wife and I have such a good experience with the crew and staff and they”re very respectful! The Falls is our dream place! Thank you all!

This review is for the beautiful medi- spa in the Falls Spa. I have cosmetic injections performed regularly there with Nurse Natalie. Not only is she extremely kind, gentle, and knowledgeable in a variety of cosmetic techniques, she is also an EXPERT injector who studied under some of the world’s best teachers. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with her results. Symmetrical, subtle, tasteful, and safe all describe my results here.

The Falls has a beautiful venue. The staff are very friendly, pleasant, always smiled. My daughter had her wedding there and the staff made sure she had everything she needed while getting ready for her ceremony like sandwiches, drinks, fruit and more. Definitely on top of things

This past weekend I attended a family wedding, and the bride and groom were a wonderful example of strength and composure when being faced with a difficult situation. As a family guest, recent bride, previous business owner, and having 7+ years of experience in the events industry, I do not recommend this venue. The only reason I’ve rated them with two stars is because the newlyweds were successfully married at the end of the day.

My son and now daughter in law were married on site. The venue is beautiful but more than that the staff is amazing. We were lucky enough to meet the owner’s that take great pride in the building . As most people know on the big day things cam get crazy however the staff here always were there to calm everyone and do there very best to make it alright. Do recommend this location for anyone looking to host an event it will be amazing.
