Frank has been helping out my mother with her divorce and with getting a court order to have her (soon-to-be-ex) husband vacate her apartment (he wouldn’t leave and was relying on the fact that police can’t force him out for a civil matter). He was able to get the outcome I expected while waiting for the final granting of my divorce. He filed the paperwork the same day I went in to hire him and the respondent was served and we were in court for the petition of temporary ruling the week after. After a couple of attempts to delay the proceedings, the judge made the decision in my favor. I cannot thank Mr. Goodlefsky enough. He was able to get the outcome I expected while waiting for the final granting of my divorce. I went to file a complaint against him for unethical practices and conduct unbecoming an officer of the court fraudulently portrayed by misrepresentation of the law and legal system. Did not file the local rules of civil procedure nor the state mandates believing he was above the law. Forcdd himself onto my mother in a lewd and and sadistic fashion. I know that is not how she would have left a review. Anyone who cares and loves her knows her knows that’s not how fond she was of me always. I went to file a complaint against him for unethical practices and conduct unbecoming an officer of the court fraudulently portrayed by misrepresentation of the law and legal system.
