Well Patrick its such a damn shame that it had to come to this!! He’s the WORST attorney to get. If you are looking into getting a lawyer dont get him. And if you end up going to jail and get him as your PD go ahead and write the state bar, I had to. I set there for 5 damn months never been in trouble in my life. Sat for 5 months and he never would answer my calls letter or come see me. He took me to court finally said sign this plea or go to prison on a recieving stolen property charge! My first offense! Said they wernt offering me anything else. I had to sign into a B felony and lost all my stuff. But I got a n attorney that just saw how Patrick railroaded me and got the judge and DA to agree on a Pretrial now after i signed in to a plea. All I got to say now Mr. Hays Is you better be ready because you messed my life up for 5 months so now im suing the hell out of you!! Ill be seeing you in court shortly!!
