Not who they used to be. When I used them to assist with my mother 3 years ago they were very helpful and understanding of elder issues. The employees that I worked with then are no longer there. Now that I need help with my father, they are unresponsive and apparently could care less. I left two messages with EXACTLY what my father’s issues are and never received a call back.

This Law firm is the worst ever. They don’t listen to the situation. They turn the case over to their young associates , who doesn’t understand that the greatest generation would not turn on their Brothers and Sister, Distribute the money to the next generation that doesn’t even know the Uncle. If you use this firm make sure you are a lawyer yourself so you can trust the end result. If you have a poor education from the Denver public school system don’t use them, because they will just laugh at you and take your money.
