Estate plans are written in plain English, and each plan is reviewed with the client, page by page and paragraph by paragraph, to ensure it accomplishes the clients’ goals and addresses their concerns for themselves and their family. Estate plans are provided in a timely manner and for a fixed fee, quoted in advance.

I was referred to this law firm by a Michigan attorney who specializes in estate planning, trusts, and elder law ( he’s also a long time friend ). I spoke with Joe Ilges, the attorney who specializes in estate planning and trusts at this firm. My father has a living trust that needs updating to address a situation that it does not currently address. Mr. Ilges and I scheduled a free consultation at his office during which he reviewed tax and trust law and how it specifically applies to my father’s situation. We recognized at the end of the consult that my father would not use the services of firm, because he will soon relocate out of state to join our family. Had we remained in Missouri, I would have gladly used the services of this firm. I was pleased with Mr. Ilges thinking and integrity, and would recommend his services to anyone considering their estate planning needs.
