What a fine and decent attorney, for someone with a debt of over 27k, low income and no other way out possible he made me think again that it’s totally possible be represented by a top notch Wall St attorney, he even offered me a payment plan. I found Jesse and his team in May 2018, after I received a letter from collectors demanding payment on a $15,000 credit card debt they bought from my bank. I incurred this debt in the last years of grad school, while working on my PhD dissertation, with very little money coming in. Once I started working full time, I tried to pay it off, then wanted to settle it. Nothing worked. With high interest rate, I couldn’t manage even minimal monthly payments. And when I learned that this debt went into collections, I was devastated. It’s frightening to fight a collections agency one on one. But everything turned around when I found the Langel Firm. I emailed them, got a prompt response from Haydar, and then spoke on the phone with Jesse. From my very first interactions with them, I realized that Jesse and the team genuinely care about you and fully understand what you are going through. And they’re willing to help you right away. Once I got off the phone with Jesse, he sent me a draft of a debt validation letter to collectors, and he didn’t charge me anything for that. Wow! What a top-notch attorney! Less than 48 hours ago I contacted The Langel Firm after learning I had an unknown judgment against me in NY from 2004. I was pleasantly surprised that within an hour after contacting The Langel Firm Jessie Langel personally called me in Minnesota to discuss my case. During the call Jessie clearly spelled out our strategy and over the next few days executed it perfectly. Today (less than 48 hrs ago) he was able to vacate the judgment with prejudice (dismissed permanently and can’t be brought back to court) that exceeded $12K.
