Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueJeff was extremely helpful and efficient from start to finish with this process. I never saw myself having to face bankruptcy in my lifetime, but thanks to the pandemic and having to subsequently close two businesses, it became my best option. I had virtually no knowledge of the process and thought my credit would be destroyed for years after. Jeff explained how it would work, what debts I would have discharged and what I would still owe, and how soon after I would be able to do things like buy a house and establish my credit – which was not nearly as bad as I had assumed. He made it a simple, painless, and easy process, and answered all my questions throughout the process, and even offered a free credit check up afterwards. His prices seemed reasonable and straightforward, although I personally did not shop around as I felt comfortable going with him after reading reviews. I highly recommend Jeff, even if your initial call is like mine – just to get some information and see if bankruptcy is the best option for you. As scary as it may seem initially, bankruptcy is not the end of the world. I never saw myself having to face bankruptcy in my lifetime, but thanks to the pandemic and having to subsequently close two businesses, it became my best option. I assumed this was an error and called the bank. The lovely rep told me this was not in fact an error, but a $28k judgment was entered and subsequent lien had been placed on me, seizing all available funds in my account. I was literally penniless. A little research and decided bankruptcy was the most prudent option to protect me from them coming after the remainder of the $28K. A little more research and came across Jeff Larkin at Larkin Law Firm. We texted and spoke over the course of a couple weeks and finally made an appointment for a consult.
