They take very long on a simple case. They get your hopes up of you getting a big settlement check. Only to waste your time and give you the least. They lack communication between themselves. The lawyer says one thing and the office says another. Would not recommend this place.

My case was a clearly not my fault and the other driver took responsibility, unfortunately his insurance/lawyers dragged the case out for over 3 years. Davidoff and associates were persistent and fought for me. they made recommendations and were very helpful throughout the process. This law firm is great as far as their care for the client. Especially if it is a no fault case, they try to get you as much money as they can. However, they were not the greatest at keeping me updated with stages of my case (it took about a year and a half to have my case settled). They would go long periods of time without communicating with me and I would sometimes have to call them first to ask for any updates or additional information. Overall, the service was pretty good.

I never read the reviews about this law firm prior to dealing with the law firm, however after reading some of the reviews I do not feel singled out that Mr. Davidoff hung up the phone on me.I noticed that I was not the only one that this had happened too.In my personal opinion from my own dealing with him He was very disrespectful and condescending I didn’t feel like a valued client.To be fair I must say the secretary was always plesant and professional hope some of that rubs off on Mr. Davidoff.Again I have to say this is my own experience which I noticed was similar to other clients.Who knows maybe he is a busy man and my case was not important to him as it was to me..

A friend of mine referred me and always told me of this firms high degree of professionalism. I decided to call for my mother as she was recently involved in an accident and had questions. A young lady, Nalia, picked up my call and quite honestly had no idea how to assist me, she had me on hold for a long time to “further assist” me and comes back to speak with me and was not giving me her undivided attention! The unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism was incredible. I will not be calling back.
