I was indicted with a serious felony charge in 2015 and I fought this indictment for over 4 years, I accepted a plea deal in 2019,unfortuneately this deal made me eligible for deportation . Sure enough ,shortly after accepting the plea, I was detained by ICE at their facility in Conroe. My wife tried tried multiple lawyers ,and they said they couldn’t help ,one even came to the facility in Conroe after charging a huge sum of money just to tell me later “he couldn’t help” . My wife was able to reach Armand on a Sunday, he immediately got to work and scheduled a bond hearing . At the bond hearing he was most prepared and fought objections by the immigration dept. lawyer and was able to secure my bond when everyone else said it can’t be done . I was most happy with his dedication and ability , we ask that he represent me for the immigration hearing . Unfortunately , in 2020, I also got a misdemeanor charge ,driving while intoxicated (DUI) . At the immigration hearing, the dept. lawyer had much to say about my criminal history . Once again Armand was most prepared, he was able to defend especially my felony charge ,not only from an immigration perspective but from a criminal perspective as well . With the odds stacked so high against me ,Armand was able to show the court why I should not be deported and was able to secure the residential status I enjoy today. During the process of responding to the NOID, Armand and his staff were extremely responsive — texting back almost immediately and responding to calls hourly. Armand also stayed on top of us making sure that we gathered requisite documents well before the deadline. While the government gives little guidance on what documentation to submit, Armand provided us with a detailed checklist spelling out exactly the types of evidence we needed to submit. Armand drafted a detailed rebuttal letter and his team took care of all of the necessary forms. We filed the response to the NOID in early November 2020 and less than two weeks later the USCIS notified us they approved the I-751 (permanent green card). From what I have read in online forums this is the fastest the government has approved an I-751 following an NOID response. I cannot recommend Armand and his amazing team highly enough. My husband had a clean and solid case. No criminal history, came to the country legally, US born spouse. My husband’s only charge was over-staying on a visa that expired when he was a child. Our previous attorney filled us with hope. Told us we had the perfect case to cancel removal proceedings, and also promised us within 5 years my husband would be a citizen. Over the next 10 years we watched our previous attorney show up to court unprepared and unwilling to press our case forward in the presence of a judge. After being faithful to our previous attorney for so long we were dropped by the attorney. This happened after he allowed us to drive 4 hours to a court appearance that he was unaware was cancelled due to covid. Not only did our previous attorney drop us as his client but he did so less than a year before my husband’s master hearing.
