Waldo was Extremely rude over the phone. I ask for a appointment and he answered “call back at 5 and maby i would have a chance of talking to someone”. Then he said my case was helpless after just asking 2 simple questions. This law firm does not know what they are doing or talking about because plenty of other lawyers have said my case is standard procedure in immigration court. Stay Away !!!!!

Extremely rude, the little secretary acts as if he’s doing clients a favor. No, you get paid to do a job so act like it’s your job, no one ever picks up the phone and if they do, they’re rude when answering questions. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Don’t you ever waste your time here. Like ever.

He has been my moms laywer for many years. From renewing her TPS to helping her get her resident status.
