It was my first home purchase and Joe walked me through every step. He stood in my corner and represented me extremely well! He did everything and anything to help protect me throughout the process, even when dealing with a very difficult situation. He maintained his professionalism at all times and his knowledge is second to none. During Covid, everything was a bit more difficult, but it never seemed to be with Joe and Marian. Marian was also amazing and helping answer all questions and extremely quick. All documents were sent electronically, fast, and sent where needed to be. She also made the process so extremely smooth and easy.
