With the many changes in our life over the past 6 years, Kevan walked us through the entire process of not only updating our previous estate planning but also establishing a Revocable Trust, Advance Health Care Directive’s, Certificate of Trust and Power of Attorney & Designation of Health Care Agent for Minor Children.Legal terms and the law is confusing to the both of us. Kevan was patient while explaining and helping us to understand our distribution of our personal property, transferring assets to our trust and updating our Beneficiary’s on multiple different accounts & policies.Kevan is very intelligent and hard working. He was more than willing to meet with us not only around our work schedules but also around the crazy sleep schedules of our two young children.
