Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIm sorry but this lady is a waste of time.. she completely wasted my time by letting me explain the situation ..then lead me to believe she was gonna help me.. it took for me to call her back 2 days later just for her to tell me she never even looked at my case or anything i sent to her via email.. then a day later she emails me saying this isnt a case she wants to take..
