He Does not hold himself accountable for communicating what needs to be accomplished, or status of a case or any problems or errors in the established relationship. I have never been treated so disrespectfully (totally irgnored) from someone who most certainly knows better and gets paid quite well for service. In one of my phone conversations I asked him to send (or in his case resend) the judgment price agreement. He never sent (or resent) it to me (i can’t sign something not sent) and when I asked for status of the judgment he totally ignored me, instead of saying something to the effect “here again is the contract for you to sign for us to move forward” or “in case you still dont have the judgement contract to sign, here it is again”. I had to complain to the bar just to get a response/acknowledgement out of him. He totally wasted my time and did not honor the process necessary for tenant damage reimbursement we agreed upon. Now I have to basically start over again. Do not waste your money on this incompetent attorney!

My fiancé and I were having some challenges with our Landlord who was making threats to evict us so after researching the applicable statutes we decided to seek legal advice. We reviewed and called a few law offices and even made an appointment with another attorney but after I hung up the phone I didn’t have a good feeling. So I did more research and decided to give the law office of Mark Tucker a call. The receptionist (Sorry, forgot your name) who answered the phone was very helpful, she took my information, explained the options (phone or in-person), fees, and upcoming available times for the initial consultation and verified their office address. I then canceled my appointment with the other attorney’s office (who couldn’t even verify their location address for me when I asked).

My initial expirience with Mr. Tucker was positive. He took the time to explain various portions of AZ laws with regards to landlord and tenants. I had already read it but needed confirmation I had understood them correctly. Conversation was easy and I appreciated the laughs. After a bit of time had passed I went back to Mr. Tucker as clarification was needed on new developments. Basically all he did was go over everything that we had already gone over with more stories. These consultations were not free – $150 each time. I paid $300 for an hour of consultation and maybe recieved 20 minutes worth of advice. How much I pay for rent or where I live shouldn’t be relevant nor should someone only have an option to break their lease and have to move. I have made a home for myself and finding something comperable to what I have now will be hard not to mention the personal reasons I have not to move.
