Word of advice from a stranger, do not try and go after your manufacturer without Rick he is an expert, honestly best decision, we would have maybe gotten 1/3 of the settlement without him and we had a pretty solid case…. you need a lawyer!! Hello my name is Eric and I own a brand new car and was having multiple issues with the drive train and I was kinda worried about my car leaving my wife stranded since I’m disabled so I found this law offices of Rick McNeil and I loved the way that Mr.McNeil had handled my first NC Lemon Law suit.
