Robert Warren was highly recommended to me by a friend. I can’t say enough about just how positive the entire experience was. I was looking for a home in Gainesville, and Mr Warren set me up with everything from a mortgage broker to a real estate agent. After I found the house I was interested in, I had to return home to finalize things there. Mr Warren made everything simple, and the entire transaction was done remotely! He arranged a notary, and oversaw the process for me. It was the easiest and most organized thing I’ve been involved with. He also uses a very select group of tradesmen and other professionals that are as qualified as he is. I will always recommend him in the future, and I will always be grateful.

A friend of mine gifted me a consult with Robert Warren to look over my contract before closing on my first home. I thought I didn’t need a lawyer especially because I was working with a national home-building company. But, I wasn’t paying for it, so what could it hurt? It turned out that I absolutely needed a lawyer and Mr. Warren exceeded my expectations 10-fold. On my first walkthrough, I identified several things that were wrong with the build and I had a week to decide if I was going to go to closing or not; the floors were the squeakiest floors my home inspector had ever heard. Mr. Warren advocated on my behalf and communicated with outside contractors and engineers, the builder, and my realtor to try to find out what was wrong with the flooring. At an hour before closing, I still hadn’t made my final decision and Mr. Warren actually came to my final walkthrough to advise me on what to do. I promise you will be shocked by the depth of his dedication, timeliness, advice, and constant communication with you. His office worker, Lois, is on the ball with communication as well. To top it all off, his voice is very soothing and calm, and it helps you relax and know you are in good hands. If I ever buy a home in Gainesville again, I will absolutely have him in my corner. If I could give him a 100-star rating, I would.

Robert Warren is an excellent Real Estate attorney. He and his team are always on the ball, communicates between the seller, buyer, and mortgage company very well, and they are timely in their work. I have sold a house and refinanced another house both with Robert and I can’t say enough good things about him and his office. He’s thorough and will make sure that nothing is ‘fishy’ in the mortgage paperwork. He will also hammer the mortgage company to get things right. His office also does title work so I highly recommend using Robert’s office as the title company and the closing agent on a mortgage. Very reasonably priced and excellent at their job. I will go to them, and no one else, for as long as he’s in business. Thanks again Robert and crew!
