Mr Powers defended me in a case a year ago. He was patient and empathetic. He is very knowledgeable and extremely skilled at using procedure and his varied and well rounded experience in the justice system. To say this man treated me well is an understatement of titanic proportions. He never got short or aggravated with me, at least not that he let me know, when I called, texted or emailed excessively out of worry. He went over everything the case and my defense would entail as well as every possible outcome. He never told me to take the easy way out but rather asked me what outcome I wanted and that was that. He is agressive without being threatening and a giant of a man in stature and principal. I often joked about how he was such a good man he would give lawyers a bad name. If I dispaired, he gave me a pep talk and his support as a fellow man and pier. If I messed up he constructively scolded in no uncertain terms and was as cross with me as he needed to be to keep the case and me moving towards the desired outcome. He helped me in ways he was not obligated to nor could have been expected to by me or anyone else but because he is the rarest of men. My Father once described a close friend that was truly a great and honorable man thusly, “Son, he’s one of the few people who have an uncommon gift. The type of person whom simply by knowing them make you a better man. You may never know a man like that but I implore you to search your entire life and surround yourself with any and every man like that you can find.” Dad’s advice was good at 12 and it was even better at 47. Simply put Brian Powers saved me. Saved my life. My future. My hopes and dreams. If you need a defense attorney. Especially if you truly are innocent and scared. You need Brian Powers. He cares more about you and your case than your money and you can be sure that no matter how much they charge or how public their face and name is he is as good if not better at every important milestone in your case.
