UPDATE: if you are having similar issues, please file a complaint with Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC). I filed my complaint on 7/20. Mr. Hands was given until 8/11 to respond and today on 8/12, he sent me my new deed from the county. It’s unfortunate this is what it took for him to do his job but glad I’ll never have to deal with him again.
