Darren Gibbs is hands down the best custody attorney I’ve ever seen in action. If your looking for attorneys right now because of a custody situation, if you dont hire Darren Gibbs then you risk him being on the other teams side when you show up to court and to me that would be a very scary thing. Glad he was on our side. We won our case in as little as 3 months after it got to court. A very complex tough case with good attorneys on both sides. Fortunately we won. We had Darren. He also states that he helps with “real estate problems” and that he is a native to Fayetteville. That would seem to indicate that he KNOWS where information is and that he knows how to look up information. However……he either does NOT check up on information or he is just plain too lazy to check before writing threatening letters based on hearsay.He recently sent a letter (May 24, 2021) stating that someone had told him that to their knowledge someone didn’t have easement. Well, Mr. Gibbs, Washington County Arkansas has EVERY easement/right of way/mineral rights/etc of EVERY property in Washington County. But he didn’t check????? NO HE DID NOT….he simply took someone’s word for it and sent a threatening letter stating that these people could not come on their own property.He states on his website that he was on the Board of Advocates but I am wondering who he advocates for….?????? Hearsay or truth. Well, I have copies of the letter that CONFIRM that he only advocates for what people say, not the TRUTH.Mr Gibbs website proclaims he received honors for his high scores and grades.
