I too would give him a zero. We are having the same problems others have about lack of communication, follow through, and professionalism. Two months ago he thought it might be three more days. I gave him a down payment and am now very concerned. We are going into 9 months since we hired him. He almost never makes contact to tell us how things are progressing. There is always a different excuse. A simple quick email would have been wonderful. Not wanting to be a bother, I wait weeks to a month before trying to contact again. I call or email and occasionally get through to him but for three weeks now he has told me he will get back to me the next week and each week I have to contact him at the end of the week for an update. Last week I didn’t even get the “I will get back to you next week email”. I do not understand how this is ethical for a lawyer. I am so discouraged as I trusted in the positive reviews.
