Been 14 months and I haven’t gotten my land deeds yet. They won’t return phones calls and she has a very rude intern helping her. They have gone up on the original agreed upon price. Ms. Leshore told her that I had bee given a discount to start but I guess it was eventually too much trouble to actually do what she was already paid to do. I’ve asked for a refund and my original papers but no response.

This is a very unprofessional place… I decided to go with this firm because they were the only ones located in Lumberton that did real estate closings in columbus county.. My lender sent them the open title request 1 month before I was closing in my house. The kender had been waiting on the title search to come back so we could finalize the closing I went by to see what the hold up was they couldnt find my file nor had they even bega n the title request search.. I contacted a law firm in fayetteville and the title search will be completed in 2 days.. I normally don’t bash anyone but this place just needs to shut down ..
