Kirk represented me in a automobile accident case. He won the case for me. When I went to get my portion of the money owed to me he didn’t want to give me the percentage we agreed on in the contract. I then went to cash my check and the funds were unavailable. He wrote me a bad check. I have been fighting this for 3 years. Now it’s out of the statute of limitations to prosecute and he made off with All the money from my case and I never saw a dime.

Critical: ResponsivenessI think the law degree waa bought on Amazon. 3 weeks of calling texting and emailing and have yet to get a call back..EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and extreme lack of effort when it comes to his cases….i suggest hiring a lawyer in Siberia for better customer service.

Kirk was quite pleasant it first and assured us that everything would be fine…….however once we paid him $1,000, he completely stopped responding we do not even know how our court case is proceeding because we live out of state, we have left him multiple messages and multiple emails with absolutely no response I am very concerned at this point
