My fiance is sitting in the county jail, he doesn’t know what is going on with his case becouse he was given a court appointed attorney that will not go to the jails to talk to his clients, The inmates are in jail and can not contact their attorneys so their families have to do it for them, I’ve emailed Shaun Mcghee 17 times on behalf of my fiance, This law firm just ignores my emails but one when they sent an email stating that Shaun Mcghee doesn’t go to the jails to talk to his clients, well isn’t that his job, to talk to his clients and fight for them ? Or that doesn’t apply if their been court appointed. These people doesn’t even acknowledge that they’ve got my emails, ill call and leave messages and no one ever calls back, some attorneys are only worried about the private paid people, and they don’t worry or care about the ones who can’t pay for their services and have to be appointed threw the courts, I’ve always seen if an attorney is appointed their not going to fight for you becouse the state is still paying them, all about money and not about if the the client is actually innocent in the case, the attorney wants a name for their self, This attorney needs to do his job and go to the jail to talk to his client, start replying to emails and returning phone calls, the people who can’t afford to pay an attorney their also God’s people and God sees and hears everything. Start doing your job.

When I went to speak with him, he barely let five words come out of my mouth before dismissing me and basically saying I am wasting his time.
