Shockingly sexist and biast. Miss Botkin-Doty was a guardian ad litum in my custody dispute. She wrote in her report that my male children would benefit from living with their father so he can teach them how to be men. There are plenty of single mothers raising their little boys up to be fine young men! It does not take a male to raise a healthy productive man. Nor does it take a female to raise a woman. The bias stems from which attorney requests the guardian ad litum. This unethical practice is used to build a relationship with the requesting attorney in order to gain future requests. Family law is all about the money and never what’s in the best interest of a child and Miss Botkin-Doty plays that game very well.
