First visit regarding a motorcycle accident. I understood it was a rear end situation but received a sarcastic response from Scott O’Sullivan immediately as soon as he heard there was no money to be made! I think when you are going through an extremely emotional situation, it is very unkind and unnecessary to get a sarcastic response from a lawyer (Scott). His response was “So what do you want us to do” His tone was very patronizing. I was also told there were multiple videos of the accident (4-5) ordered none of which were ever produced!

“There’s so much I want to say. However, I’ll just say this, I’ve had an difficult two years after getting T-boned by a drunk driver. One bad thing kept happening after another. I was truly down for the count and my hope was fading. From having to retrain my eyes after being hit so hard, to months of constant headaches, to not being able to move my neck more than an inch or so, to invasive and terrifying procedures. You get the idea, it was a snowball effect of hell and I was in the middle of it. But then a ray of light broke through. I had found a darn good lawyer, Eli and his paralegal Sharon. They listened and stuck with me through it all. Eli talked about how the law applied to my case and updated me on status and always encouraged me to keep getting the help I needed to get better. He got the copies of all the paperwork from the medical offices. He dug in deep and we came out nearly two years later with a worthy settlement. I will tell you it’s like a balm on a wound, it was needed and helped me heal and move forward with my life. When you get hit by a selfish drunk driver these are the guys you need to call, no question about it. I have complete confidence in them and they always told me the truth and never let me down.
