I hired Attorney Brian Pendergraft to handle a deed transfer for my mom. He was very knowledgeable on the matter, and was able to answer all my questions. In addition, he provided us with the documents needed to make the transfer and already had the information about the property and therefore there was no need to provide him with the deed and/property information. He was on point. He looks very young but don’t be fooled by the young appearance. He is smart, intelligent. I like him and would highly recommend him. He deserves the 5 stars!!!

Mr. Pedergraft came up in my online search so I contacted him. Both him and his office staff were incredibly responsive and professional. In the end, he was unable to help me with my problem, BUT instead of the “sorry, good luck” response I had gotten so many times before he referred me to someone he knew could help me AND connected us directly. Pendergraft is very military friendly and understanding of the service. He helped resolve my situation with ease. I received an eviction notice saying that I did not pay my rent so I reached out for help. We setup a date to meet and we gathered all pertinent paperwork. I did not have to go to court the day that I was supposed to. He handled everything in a timely manner with rapid responses via email or calls. I would highly suggest having him as your attorney if you want to get things done via landlord tenant relations.
