Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThis recent encounter was my second time of having to rely on the Popham Law Firm to represent me in legal matters. The first time this was the only firm to agree to represent me, leading me to start thinking that my complaint was weak at best. This time I was in a situation where I had to have legal representation to reach a reasonable solution. In both situations the lawyers I worked with were very patient and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. I can be impatient and impulsive, but both during both encounters the lawyers at Popham listened to my thoughts and explained how the law works in each of my situations. This recent encounter was my second time of having to rely on the Popham Law Firm to represent me in legal matters. The first time this was the only firm to agree to represent me, leading me to start thinking that my complaint was weak at best. This time I was in a situation where I had to have legal representation to reach a reasonable solution. In both situations the lawyers I worked with were very patient and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Dennis and Scott took my case after all my money had been drained by another faithless law firm. They supported my case for many years without pay, and spent almost three weeks in trial. They made new case law in proving a partnership from forensic documents and the initial judgment was for 2.5 million dollars. The court reduced that sum but because of the outstanding work and dedication to justice, they changed my life.
