If you ever run into a problem with an insurance company, or you get injured in a car accident or some other type of incident god forbid befalls you or your family. I have 2 words for you, “Call Sam”. I have come to believe personally in the ability of their staff. especially, Morgan and Lee-‘ah who worked on my case. they were wonderful. I knew everything that they knew. they kept me very well informed. Everyone that works on their staff is just as wonderful. Anyone I spoke to was polite and always got the message where it needed to so Yeah Team!!! I will tell you this when I called their office my insurance company, more likely the accident rep was moving slower than molasses in January. and I was in a collection agency for $49,000 for the surgery that was life/altering to me on my spine. 6 months and she had NEVER EVEN LOOKED at the bill. Can you imagine? I couldn’t. and within a day or two of getting my case, things were moving and shaking better and faster than I had seen in 6 months!! and I also got a NEW REP at the insurance company. who was SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST ONE!!!! I had a great experience with this firm, and I will highly recommend them ALWAYS!!! AND AS I SAT THE BEGINNING of my review, if you ever find yourself in need of help a GREAT LAW TEAM, 2 WORDS “CALL SAM”.

Totally professional, walked with us through the whole process. Medical Case Manager was a total God-send. When I was a wreck and couldn’t think, she was totally on it! She knows all the Doctors and steered us away from the not-so-great ones. She also was there (albeit on speaker phone at the beginning due to the pandemic) for all the medical appointments and asked questions we didn’t even know to ask, and advocated for us as well. We totally recommend Sam and crew. We have a lawyer in the family who specializes in the same thing but went with Sam. VERY good decision!

I called Sam Bernstein’s office after my accident. I was scared and unsure of what to do. Everyone I talked to, or my husband talked to, was so compassionate, so calm and answered any and all questions we had. I never felt like I was a bother when I called and had questions. At the age of 75 and an experienced cyclist, I was hit on my bicycle by a distracted driver. I was not able to get anything done because of no fault laws. My auto insurance had to cover my medical cost. My injuries were many some severe and couldn’t get any thing covered because the local police wouldn’t release their report and gave us the runaround. We called the Sam Bernstein 800 number while in the car so frustrated we didn’t know what to do. They said they would take care of everything, we had the accident report in two days, which started a year long process of rehabilitation that they helped with the process. They were also involved in getting us a substantial settlement that gave us peace of mind during this year long healing process. Thank you to all of the staff involved.
