Mr. Siman and Ms. Hijuelos helped my mom get her permanent residency I has never seen so much dedication and professionalism. My mother’s case was a very difficult one too. Updated:After posting a review in google he promised me to help if i remove the negative review. However, i had to find the contact information about the chief counsel. It was my effort to get in touch between Mr siman and chief counsel. When the immigration judge terminated my removal proceeding, he then said it is all up to you. I have recorded all the communication i had on the phone. He does not remember if he filed my permanent resident application. However later he texted me saying that he did which clearly states he is not organized. If law allows, ill post all the recorded communication, picture of text message and phone calls.Anyone who left 5 start reviews recently is his own relative or staff. I promise you will suffer. Hire him but do not expect a lot. Hire him but do not pay him in full price, Hire him but expect low tendency. It is better you look someone with less experience. At least low experience attorney will have desire for your work.I hired him. I paid in full for the incomplete service. However after the full payment, he never responds. We know siman is at the office but his assistant always say he is not in the office. He messed up my court date and never gave any advice. Instead i had to prepare motion by myself. He is much disorganized. i had to give the same paperwork several times. He keeps on losing my important documents. You want someone who is professional and organized. I believe he is not because of my bitter experience. I trusted him a lot not because he will bring a positive outcome but because he is dedicated and responsive.I do not recommend him as your lawyer but if you hire him i highly recommend do not pay this lawyer in full amount. Make sure the contract between you and the lawyer requires regular communication; answer all the question, ready to help all the time. I will be filing a complaint against him with nyc bar and immigration court soon.
